Theraphy

Tell me mummies.. When ure upset or mad with ur spouse, or kids, or work, or frens and what not..

How do u channel ur frustration?

I'm sure all of us have experience in this department one way or another.

Like this one morning, when hubster was away in Hungary for 4 months, I arrived at my office emotionally and physically exhausted from taking care of one sick Awisy the previous day. I just dropped him at the babysitter's. Although I'm worried, I couldnt take the day off as i have an urgent work to settle and I ws going to Vietnam that weekend. And then this friend of mine rang me to complain about her baby's nursery. I'm soo not in the mood (as at that rime i felt her problem is nowhere like mine) but apparently she didnt got any message from my curt replies and keep on blabbing her stories. No offense my dear friend, but I really feel like slamming down the phone (luckily i didnt because if i did i might've loose 1 fren already).

When I'm upset usually i'll clean or tidy something (but of course u'll hear a loud clatter of stuffs that i bang to channel my anger) or i watch tv or i shop (very dangerous). Or yeah sometimes I nag.

Lately I began to write poems. He he dont laugh. Yes, I owned a poems book now, but of course a private and cannot-be-reveal one. Although it didnt take away all the negative energy, its kinda soothing somehow. We'll see how many poems that i'll manage to compose by end of this year.. ha di haaa..

So frens.. i know each one of u have ur own way to channel ur frustration. Care to share?

ohh mimi, i pun ada problem yg sama if i tension or ptessure or penat tak tau nak relase mcmnaa..shopping is one but very2 dangerous laa haha..i think mine is eat choc & watch tv is the best...

i'm not a mummy, but i'd like to share my opinion as well...
talking to someone that u trust & willing to listen to is one of the way... but not everything we'd like to share rite. for me, i'd love to eat & eat, then sleep. yeah writing is one of the way... i have another blog to channel my frustration ;-)

im not a mummy too (but 1 day, i want to bcome a mummy).
but i wanna share something.

u know the fact that our blood type is related to how we control our stress.

like mine as well, my blood type is O. when im encounter stress,i like adrenaline rush, doing vigorous and intense physical exercise, thus any bad stress im experiencing may be converted into positive experience.

so usually im exercing or basuh dapur, etc. aaa bestnye basuh dapur.

but normally, i prefer to sit and watch tv

erm, i usually sit quietly at my place/inside the room and do things that i enjoy.
listening to the music, read a book or blogging!
if my hby bukan penyebab ketensionan, maka i akan ceritakan to him.

I write porn.. hahaha kidding! kidding!

I watch Barca and Barca and Barca.. You can't believe what you can dig when you really dig.. I have almost all the games that have Messi on it.. :D.. Well, that's the way I channel my negative energy.. by looking at the great Messi game.. well, beside of course.. eat and eat and movies..

On the other notes.. I used to write poem as well.. but I just stop..
